Your responsibility

Be a friend and helper for our residents: approachable and community-minded
Carry out daily rounds, garden care, small repairs, and painting work
Support move-ins and move-outs by helping prepare apartments fornew students
Stay organized and complete your daily tasks reliably
Switch between manual and administrative tasks: creating simplereports or reporting warranty issues
Work closely with our property management team and local colleagues
Act as the contact person for external service providers when needed
