Your tasks

Lead, train, and develop a motivated team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
that aligns with company values
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
Monitor service flow and table turnover to maximize efficiency
Plan accordingly in case of events or big reservations
Regularly engage with customers, gathering feedback to enhance service and product offerings
Maintain accurate records, including financial reports and HR documentation
Ensure POS system accuracy and occasional invoice processing

Your profile

Experienced in a supervisor or manager role in Food & Beverage (in a hotel environment is a plus)
Languages: Fluent in English and Advanced in German (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team
