• You independently prepare dishes according to specified recipes.
• Organizing your workspace and workflow is no challenge for you.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines is an important part of your daily work routine.
• You monitor stock levels of food and ingredients.
• You work closely with the head chef and the entire kitchen team.
• Cost management through the efficient use of ingredients comes naturally to you.

• You have knowledge of both national and international cuisine.
